Story of Nickels Delicatessen

In 1990, with the participation of Céline Dion, the first cool Delis are born in Quebec.

Nickels Deli, an American-style concept, which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices knows how to please wallets and remains the most popular Deli for families in Quebec.

In 2017, Foodtastic acquired the brand knowing that the new trend for family restaurants is Delis. With its design, kitchen and mixology team, Foodtastic brings Nickels Deli into the new generation of Delis. A fusion between old Delis and modern trends will be appreciated by interior designers as well as restaurant goers. The brand-new Nickels at Jardins Dorval is proof with its instant success.

The team brought the concept towards a reinvented American cuisine with only one philosophy in mind: pleasing customers from the morning ‘til the evening.

Our breakfasts are modern and hearty with the passion of family brunches. Our menu has been confectioned and tested in order to offer Quebecers what they want; it is delicious and affordable.

Dinner at Nickels is a family affair. Our products offer a quality of fresh foods right from our province: Certified Angus Beef burgers and steaks, red skinned potatoes from Quebec and the best smoked meat from Montreal.

Mixology made its entrance at Nickels with a rethought bar ambiance and trends: cocktails, wines, spirits and a selection of beers from Quebec.
