Souvlaki Bar Express is a QSR (quick service restaurant) based on our full-service concepts, striving to bring freshness and healthy options to a food court environment.

We value our customers’ time by offering rapid service in order to make the experience as convenient as possible. Our locations are the latest trend in local food courts, changing the fast dining experience to something both healthy and delicious.

  • Franchise fee: $20,000
  • Unencumbered cash required: $180,000 – $220,000
  • Projected build cost: $800,000 – $1,000,000
  • Royalty fee: 5 % of gross sales
  • National Ad Fund: 2 % of gross sales
  • Local area marketing: 1 % of gross sales

Full Restaurant

  • Franchise fee: $35,000
  • Unencumbered cash required: $380,000 – $420,000
  • Projected build cost: $1,100,000 – $1,200,000
  • Royalty fee: 5 % of gross sales
  • National Ad Fund: 2 % of gross sales
  • Local area marketing: 1 % of gross sales

  • Trade area of minimum 75,000 population
  • Shopping centers, entertainment centers, free standing buildings, power centers, street locations
  • Urban and suburban locations as well as downtown corridor
  • 3,000-4,000 square feet or more patio
  • High Traffic counts and ample parking
  • New builds or retro-fit
