Greek Superstar Mihalis Hatzigiannis teamed up with Foodtastic to bring his passion for Greek cuisine to Montreal. Souvlaki Bar transforms the dining experience, reminiscent of a visit to the Greek Isles, by offering its customers traditional Greek food, in a fun, rich-ambiance environment, sure to leave customers with a lasting impression of what Greece has to offer.

SOUVLAKI BAR Express

Souvlaki Bar Express is a QSR (quick service restaurant), based on our full service concept, striving to bring freshness and healthy options to a food court environment.

We value our customers’ time, offering rapid service in order to make the experience as convenient as possible. Our locations are the latest trend in local food courts, changing the fast dining experience, to something both healthy and delicious. Fresh does not have to be boring!

Souvlaki Bar takes the “Mezze” traditions to heart; we prepare multiple dishes in small appetizer, like our variety of dips, calamari perfect for sharing. Our meat shovels always impress, loaded with all your Greek favorites, you won’t be leaving hungry. Our menu offers a variety of options, encouraging customers to return as friends, finding beloved Greek dishes like chicken and pork gyro and souvlaki, always meticulously marinated and cooked to perfection.
