This flavour-packed dish allows Quesada’s guests to really “Feel the Heat,” best enjoyed with the brand’s newest Spicy Mango Salsa.
A tribute to tradition with a daring twist, the Ghost Pepper Chicken Mole features tender white meat chicken simmered in a rich, velvety mole sauce — a beloved Mexican classic known for its sweet and savoury complexity. Quesada’s version intensifies the experience with eight types of chile peppers, including the legendary Ghost Pepper, bringing the heat to a bold 8/10 spice level.

An option on all Quesada favourites — burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos and nachos — the Ghost Pepper Chicken Mole is customizable with an arsenal of spicy toppings such as Salsa Roja, Habanero Mayo, and Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce. The boldness continues with the introduction of Spicy Mango Salsa, launching April 30 and available for a limited time only, offering a sweet-heat combo that will leave guests with a gusto for more.
