HOW TO BECOME A FRANCHISEE?

Franchise Conditions

  • One-time franchise fee: $40,000
  • Unencumbered cash requirement of $800,000 to $900,000
  • Projected cost: $2,500,000 – $3,200,000
  • Royalty Fee: 5% of gross sales
  • National Advertising Fund: 2% of gross sales
  • Local Advertising: 1% of gross sales

Conditions to be met by a franchisee

  • Locations across Canada
  • Trade area with minimum population of 75,000
  • Shopping or entertainment centres, free-standing buildings in power centres, street locations
  • 5,500 – 6,500 square feet with patio
  • Urban and Suburban locations as well as downtown corridor
  • High traffic counts and ample parking
  • New builds or retro-fit
